Turn around times are unique to each service but most designs take on average 7-10 business days.

Due to the type of service I provide all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the client is unsatisfied with their design I will provide 3 drafts until the client is 100% satisfied. The client must request changes within 3 days of receiving drafts or the offer will no longer be available.

For logos you will receive 3 logo proofs. Any other service Receives 2 proofs. Each service comes with 3 FREE revisions. Anything after that will be a $10 fee PER any additional revision.
( A Revision is not a new design it is a minor change in your original design )

In some cases you will receive your design faster than the given turn around time but it is not guaranteed. If you need a design for a certain time you can add the service “ RUSH “ to your order.

If you have any remaining balances such as additional revisions, etc. You can pay via cashapp or zelle.
